How do I book an apt or public class:
All services are booked directly through their specific service pages.​

Where should I go when I arrive for my appointment?
Please make yourself comfortable in the main lobby when you arrive. As this is a quiet, solo practice, the studio door remains closed during active sessions to ensure complete privacy. I will come out to the lobby to greet you and bring you back at your scheduled appointment time.

Is there a preparation window required for Ayurvedic services?
Yes. They require a minimum of 7 days advance notice to ensure custom oils and materials are properly prepared.​

When should I complete my intake and consent forms?
Comprehensive intake forms and policies are sent automatically upon scheduling. Please sign and submit these online forms prior to arriving for your session so your care can be fully prepared. There will be a brief review and consult upon arrival and clients are requested to arrive a few minutes early so that session time can be dedicated to their care. Any forms not completed will be required upon arrival and will come out of session time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled according to Massage Yogini's standard policy window outlined in the Massage Policies and Consent Form or the Yoga Policies and Consent Form. These documents must be reviewed and signed during booking, and copies can be found at any time on the Policies Page in the drop-down menu.​

​Do you accept insurance or checks?
This office operates as a solo, card-only wellness studio and does not accept or process insurance. Payments are processed securely via online payments at the time of service. No checks.

What is your dress code and draping policy for massage sessions:
Your physical comfort is the top priority. You will remain securely covered by a professional sheet and blanket at all times, and only the area being addressed will be uncovered. Professional, secure draping is strictly required for all sessions. Massage Yogini has a Zero Tolerance Policy.
