Service Description
*Basti therapies have a broader range of traditional applications within Ayurveda. Treatment for specific health conditions or therapeutic protocols should be determined in consultation with your Ayurvedic practitioner or physician.* Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that uses warm dosha-specific herbal oil blends held over a specific area of the body by a dough dam to provide focused warmth and nourishment. Consistent with Ayurvedic applications, the services offered here are intended as wellness-focused bodywork for muscle spasm, localized tension, stiffness and emotional grounding. Each Basti is traditionally associated with a particular region of the body and includes focused massage to the selected area. Cancellation Policy
Certain Ayurvedic services require booking at least one week in advance to allow time for proper preparation. Cancellations for specific Ayurvedic services require 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
