Service Description
*This is a dry body treatment and not a massage.* An Ayurvedic dry exfoliation treatment performed with raw silk gloves and brisk, rhythmic strokes. Garshana exfoliates the skin while creating warmth, stimulating circulation, and supporting lymphatic flow. The friction of the gloves also creates a subtle static sensation. Garshana is traditionally followed by an application of oil and a steamed towel cleanse or bath. For this standalone session, I offer a warm oil application tailored to your constitution and a steamed towel wipe-down, providing a soothing finish and leaving the skin feeling nourished and comfortable before you dress.
Cancellation Policy
Certain Ayurvedic services require booking at least one week in advance to allow time for proper preparation. Cancellations for specific Ayurvedic services require 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
